DevOps Engineer has to research and fix technical issues, do root cause analysis for production defects, build tools to improve customer experience and design software to interact with internal back-end systems. Apply fixes and updates, and provide Level 2 support. Create tools that will reduce error rates and enhance the customer experience. Integrate internal back-end systems when creating applications. Investigate the root cause of production errors and resolve technical issues.


Job Specification:
Education: College Graduate of any IT Related Courses
Experience:
- Solid background in software development, IT management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with programming languages like Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Knowledge of DevOps technologies and tools, including Ansible, Docker, & Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud computing systems like Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure.
- Strong capacity to solve problems and perform well under duress.
- Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.


Working Setup: Hybrid, at least 5 times a month in the HQ located in Legaspi Village, Makati; and
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours weekly.
