Launched the new and improved PERA HUB Mobile App.
2022
Established the PERA HUB Remit Partner brand, group of sub-agent network that extends the service of PERA HUB to Filipino customers nationwide.
2021
Launched the PERA HUB Digital Remittance Platform with the very first single aggregated API that connects a network of retail, remittance, and fintech brands to conduct financial transactions in the country.
2020
Expanded with new remittance brands such as Remitly, Ria, Transfast, and Metrobank.
2018
Aboitiz Equity Ventures (AEV) sold its 51% stake in PETNET, Inc. (PETNET) to City Savings Bank (CSB) and UBP Investments Corporation (UIC) to strategically facilitate closer collaboration among the group’s banking and financial service units, and leverage synergies toward maximum business optimization.
2016
The company rebranded its retail network into PERA HUB, to gain a stronger foothold in the urgent transaction center services category. Loan products were offered to the retail network.
2015
Aboitiz Equity Ventures (AEV) acquired a 51% stake in PETNET, catalyzing the acceleration of the company’s branch and service offering expansion program.
2013
Extended our products by offering bills payment and airline ticketing services.
2009
PETNET Forex Solutions, our corporate arm catering to businesses, was established with forex trading solutions and cross-border payments.
2007
