The Head of IT Security is a critical leadership role responsible for developing IT Security Standards and Procedures as well as implementing IT security strategy, initiatives and programs as aligned to the overall Information Security Strategy of the CISO Team.

This individual will lead a team of IT Security Officers to protect the company’s information assets, systems and networks from internal and external threats.

The Head of IT Security will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices, and will act as key advisor to senior management on all technical security-related matters.

The Head of IT Security is directly reporting to the CTO / Head of IT and has a broken line reporting to the CISO.



Job Specification:
Education: Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, IT, or any related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 yrs experience in IT Security, with 5 years in leadership role.
- In depth understanding of perimeter security,network security, endpoint security, application security, data security, cloud security, security incident, event management and security resiliency.
- In depth experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, WAF, IPS/IDS, SIEM, SASE, NDR, and other related security tools
- Ability to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- With information security related certification is a plus, e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH, GCP Security, CCSP

Working Setup: Hybrid, at least 5 times a month in the HQ located in Legaspi Village, Makati; and
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours weekly.
