The Information Security Officer supports the Chief Information Security Officer in ensuring robust information security practices and regulatory compliance across the organization. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, monitoring security incidents, coordinating vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and maintaining security policies and procedures. The role also involves fostering a culture of information security by leading education programs and awareness initiatives. With a strong background in information security, the officer will play a vital role in safeguarding organizational assets and advancing the organization’s security posture.
Job Specification:
Education: Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, IT, or any related;
Experience:
- Well-versed in setting up SIEM, Endpoint Protection (Crowdstrike), Data Loss Prevention(Netskope), IAM/PAM, Firewall Security (Fortinet), Cloud Security in Google.
- In depth understanding of perimeter security, network security, endpoint security, application security, data security, security incident, event management and disaster recovery.
- Ability to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
- With information security related certification is a plus, e.g. ITIL, GCP Security, CCSP
- With at least 3-5 years of experience in IT security position
Working Setup: Hybrid, at least 5 times a month in the HQ located in Legaspi Village, Makati; and
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours weekly.
