Senior Product Manager for Mobile Application

The Senior Product Manager for Mobile Application will lead the innovation and growth of the mobile app, ensuring it delivers a seamless and secure user experience. The role involves managing customer needs identification, market research, product development, and enhancement while collaborating with the Digital Business Team, IT, Operations, and external partners.

The manager will develop product strategies, create roadmaps, address risks, and promote Agile practices, including leading sprints and retrospectives. Key responsibilities include evolving the app to meet digital market demands, fostering partnerships, and transforming ideas into actionable plans. Success will be measured by product profitability, time-to-market, customer engagement, and satisfaction.

Job Specification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus;
Experience:
- Proven experience 10 years in product management, product development, or a related role, preferably in the mobile application development and payments space;
- Strong understanding of mobile application development, user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles, and mobile technology trends;
- Experience in developing and launching successful mobile applications, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences;

Skills:
- Proficiency with mobile application development frameworks, technologies, and tools (e.g., iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.);
- Knowledge of the payments and remittance industry, cross-border payments, and international money transfer processes is a plus;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to utilize data to inform decision-making;
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
- Passion for delivering innovative, customer-centric mobile applications that drive business growth.

Working Setup: Hybrid, at least 5 times a month in the HQ located in Legaspi Village, Makati; and
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours weekly.
