The Learning and Organizational Development Manager plays a key role in driving the growth and development of our team. This position is responsible for designing and implementing learning programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and employee engagement. Focusing on organizational development, the role involves working closely with stakeholders to lead initiatives that promote a positive, productive, and inclusive work culture.

Job Specification:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field;
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs;
Skills:
- Strong facilitation and training skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences;
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities;
- Proficiency in using learning management systems, data analysis tools, and other relevant technology;
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization;
- Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices;

Working Setup: Hybrid, at least 5 times a month in the HQ located in Legaspi Village, Makati; and
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours weekly.
