The IT Service Management (ITSM) Analyst is responsible for maintaining and improving ITSM functions, working with various teams to manage change requests, coordinate approvals, and oversee the Change Management lifecycle. The role also supports Major Incident response and Problem investigations to reduce service disruptions. Reporting to the Manager of IT Service Management, the analyst collaborates with other teams and may assist in implementing ITSM processes across the organization, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices.
Job Specification:
Education: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
Experience: Preferably Less than 1-year experience specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent;
Working Setup: Hybrid, at least 5 times a month in the HQ located in Legaspi Village, Makati; and
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours weekly.
