The Segment Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the company’s network by building relationships with community organizations and overseeing the expansion of PETNET’s external referral channel. Key duties include assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, generating sales and acquiring new clients through established channels, managing day-to-day client transactions, monitoring lead performance, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies, and addressing escalated partner or client concerns.

Job Specification:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any 4-year course;
Experience: At least 2 years of Sales experience in banking industry or related field."
Working Setup: Hybrid, at least 5 times a month in the HQ located at Aboitiz Corporate Center, Gov. Manuel A. Cuenco Avenue Kasambagan, Cebu City; and
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 44 hours weekly.
